Order processes immediately after you submit your order. Usually it takes 48 hours to have your order ready prior to shipment.

Once the order submitted, the only way to update it is by calling POWERBOXX, LLC customer service at (866)651-5959.

8. What happen if an item is backordered?
If the order is placed and we find out a backordered item. Our sales representative will contact you for eta or alternatives.
9. Why was my order being cancelled or voided?

10. I did not see or get a confirmation receipt for my order. Did POWERBOXX receive my order?
If you did not see the order confirmation page after you finalized your order, our server might still receive your order. Please contact our Customer Service Department at (866)651-5959 to verify whether the order had been received.
